It's been said a few times now...

...and certainly said by people with more influence than myself...but isn't THE HOLD STEADY's "Boys And Girls In America" absolutely brilliant? Just giving it my umpteenth listen on my way home and felt like writing about it. I can't listen to it without thinking of the book "On The Road" and I'm sure that's part of the bands intentions. There are times when I too think that Sal Paradise was right!
